John Franich

Chief Technology Officer

John started working with computers in the 60's when his mother took a position in computer technology.  He graduated from Stadium High School in 1975. In the 80's and 90's John owned an ISP serving companies web, email and technology deployment services.

In 1997 Wally Endicott convinced John to start working with the Boys and Girls Clubs as a volunteer, deploying computer systems for administration and soon after for Kids. In 1998 John sold his company and accepted the position of Chief Technology Officer for the Boys & Girls Clubs of South Puget Sound.

As CTO John has overall responsibility for advancing technology both for the organization and local Clubs, including technology for Boys & Girls Club members. He oversees the development and integration of efficient and cost-effective information systems in support of Boys & Girls Clubs of South Puget Sound's mission and goals. He provides leadership and direction to the organization in areas of policy and planning for technology systems and communication processes. John also oversees facilities maintenance.
